Does anyone know how to fix the issue of Arlo Safe always showing your family offline? It should not be doing this all the time

Is this an intermittent issue or are they always showing as offline?

Offline until that person would open the app again. And the app permission is set to always for the location

If the app is being force closed by your mobile device that could be causing the issue. You may need to check your devices battery saving settings to make sure it's not automatically being closed after a period of being idle.
