q camera setup

adding a second camera.  after the camera sees the bar code and makes the chime sound there is no further progression and then a two tone buzzer sounds and says can't connect...My other camera is working fine and this one has previously been set up and worked fine.

do a reset on the Q camera and then attempt to resync.

( hold reset for about ten sec till the front led blinks amber )

I tried the same and did the reset but not connecting at all
