can't get the camera to sync

Hi, we can't the camera to sync. I hit reset. And the batteries are only lasting 2 or 3 days.

This is the Q section and the Q doesn't use batteries. Do you, in fact, have a Q? If not, what system do you have? In any event, we nned explicit details in order to try to help. What have you tried? What do you see with any LEDs? What error messages are you getting? More details are better than fewer.
