Zones will not save

Hello,

 

I have set up my zones, gone to modes and clicked on the zones I want to use then back out and hit save.  But the save does not work.  The icon for save is green and stays green which means it did not save it.   I also tried doing this on my app and when I hit save I get "invalid message syntax" error in yellow.  I only have a basic subscription is that the reason?  Not sure what else to do.

The basic plan has no effect. Try power cycling the camera.

Hmmm... Try a newly created mode.

im trying to set up my arlo q to my phone i followed all the steps several times, i showed the bar code and got the chimes, comes back takes to long try steps again

I've found that the Q is actually attached even when it seem like the device isn't found. Log out and back in to see if that has happened.

Are you still experiencing this issue after logging out and logging back in? Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues setting up your Arlo Q.
