Why does Alro refuse to fix the Arlo Q cameras wifi issues. you've had complaints since 2009 and you refuse to fix the problem. i read all your complaints and you dont know how to fix it. you rely on customers to figure it out. put the additional steps we need to do in your set up!! When I first got this last year it took me days to figure out how to connect the Q. Your connection guide is usless. it doesnt work. I got connected accidently and now i forgot how. I recently swapped my wi-fi and now i'm back to not getting connected again. A tiny fix is all you need to add. I need help. I would never buy another or recommend one if you dont fix this.

Wow! The Q has only been available for a year or so, not 2009.  And what WiFi issues are you referring to?  My Q works fine - never had a WiFi issue.
