WIFI readings Not SAME on PC access

OK... today checking the Q camera...  PC browser access.

On the Live View screen the wifi icon is showing 3 bars or full signal...

Click on the GEAR icon and in settings, the same wifi icon is only showing 2 bars or < 75% signal.

Anyone else getting different readings in same access prgm?

( I do know that accross platforms like PC to IOS, the signal bars also are different, but thats coding... )

Not here. Might be something about thresholds but I have all bars either way and is shown as 100% in settings. Android app.

Just tried Chrome and I get the same results as with the app.
