WHAT IS THE NETWORK NAME AND WHERE DO I FIND IT

When attemping to sync up the Q... you will need you WIFI name ans PASSWORD

 

This NAME/PASSSWORD is the same one you use to log into your home network with any wifi device ( like a tablet, phone ,etc. )
