VMK3500. HD/2 wire plug-in camera

I have a VMK3500... I'm trying to hook up 2 plug-in wire cameras (4 other battery cam easy to sync....working fine) but other 2 not syncing at all... anyone have issues wired ones? I hear the chimes after scan barcode off my cell screen... following instructions........but not syncing! HELP

Is your cell phone connected to the same network as the cameras? Have you tried connected to both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz connections?

yes it is connected same network... I can see it through my cellphone and my desktop on all four batterized cameras if that's what your asking.  So what does it have to do about the 2 other wire camera's not syncing.... are'nt they supposed to be syncing in to the base as well as the batteried ones? And how do I try  to connect both 2.4Ghz/5Ghz ? HELP

The Arlo Q's do not sync to the Arlo base station, they sync directly to your home router. 

 

If using iOS: How do I set up Arlo Q on iOS?

If using Android: How do I set up Arlo Q on Android?
