VMC3040-100NAS: Motion detection does't work at all.

I just got my new Arlo Q today. I tested it, it almost don't record any clips. I pointed it through window to the front yard and street. I noticed, this camera canot record any video even thought I adjusted the motion sensitivity to 9. In front of the camera, cars drove in then drove out, no clips were recorded. It recorded some clips when I carried the camera and walked in the house.  Is this defective?

The Q will work thru glass, but usu has to be pressed right up against the glass.

If you feel the Q isn't working right, Reset the camera ( hold reset button for about 10 seconds till the front led flashes ) then re-sync.

Test the camera in an open room, NOT against glass and see if working as it should.
