After giving wifi user name password I m unable to link arlo q device.if I change my Wi-Fi to mobile hotspot it is working

Enihach,

 

The issue you are describing is not clear. Are you trying to connect your Arlo Q to a different network and you are unable to? Are you having issues viewing/streaming your Arlo Q? Please give us more details on what you are experiencing.
