Trouble setting up Arlo Q using phone

Arlo Q is a pice of crap. Salesman recommeded it, when I saw Netgear I was worried. Wow, what a pice of crap can't even scan in my wifi, I dont' even want to rely upon or deal with Arlo

Maybe if you had asked for help from others here and/or Arlo instead of just complaining , it might work.

Have had one running for 2 yrs plus without major issues

Except I don't want to join a MF message board to set up a device that should work out of the box. For some reason it won't scan from my phone, but worked from a PC. It should say that in the instructions, but there are none. Wasted hours on it and still not finished, even though I have to be on a plane in a few hours.....still banging away on this piece of crap.
