Do you have the latest firmware installed? What characters are being rejected?

Hi, I have the latest firmware.
My SSD had an underscore. Changed it but still didn't work, so this wasn't the problem after all.
In the android app there is no option to sert the SSID, only password.
It just says something like "unknown network".
In the end I did the connection on PC where the SSID name can actually be entered.
I thought I would note this here because there seems to be any number of people having trouble connecting Arlo Q, and I haven't seen this listed in any post as being a potential issue..
