Reconnect to WiFi help

Have 5 Arlo q.  Power reset took one Arlo q off line and can’t reconnect.  Do all the resets but sync times out, camera buzzes, and then blinks amber.  My WiFi is open … no password.  Has something changed with requiring a password that is causing my ability to reconnect?   Took q to different WiFi that’s has password and it worked.  Not sure why my other 4 q working on same open network if password is required?

Any Arlo WiFi camera requires WPA2 encryption. Please verify the network the other cameras are connected to and the network settings on the router.
