I just got my Arlo Q from a friend. I download the apps and follow all the step. I dont know why cant my phone find my Arlo. I am stuck on the DISCOVERING YOUR DEVICE. PLEASE WAIT page. Anyone know what is going on?

Did your friend remove the camera from his/her account first before you got it? If not, you won't be able to use it until your friend does that.
