I have tried to pair my arlo q to the mobile app and my pc, it fails to connect to the WiFi network. I have tried the factory reset button twice and still it will not connect. I have also reset my router in thoughts it could be that. Still nothing

Is this a new installation? Or was this working before?
- Make sure the router wifi security is set to WPA2 (AES). If it is set to allow TKIP, make sure you change that.
- Make sure any VPN software is turned off.
- Sometimes special characters (punctuation, accents, spaces) in the wifi name and password get in the way. So you might need to remove them.
