Not connecting to Wifi network

I have tried to pair my arlo q to the mobile app and my pc, it fails to connect to the WiFi network. I have tried the factory reset button twice and still it will not connect. I have also reset my router in thoughts it could be that. Still nothing

Is this a new installation?  Or was this working before?

  1. Make sure the router wifi security is set to WPA2 (AES).  If it is set to allow TKIP, make sure you change that.
  2. Make sure any VPN software is turned off.
  3. Sometimes special characters (punctuation, accents, spaces) in the wifi name and password get in the way.  So you might need to remove them.
