Not able to activate live camera setting for Arlo Q

Reset my Arlo Q do to power failure. Can get library for both cameras motion and sound. 

Cannot get “live camera” to activate. 

Please help me re activate this feature

Nothing needs to be done to "activate" live view. WHat device and OS are you using? Are you using the app or a browser? If a browser, which one? W10 currently has an issue from a recent change by MS to Edge and IE so use Chrome or Firefox. You could also just download the videos to view them.
