No video when Camera disconnected / Destroyed

Have experienced in issue where the camera won't upload the video (specially shorter videos) if you disconnect the power after starting motion recording.
This is a concern for me as a thief could destroy the camera and I want to get the video of it.

The camera must remain powered on and maintain it's WiFi connection in order to deliver the recording to the Arlo cloud. It is advised cameras be placed out of reach for both performance and as a theft deterrent.

Yes, however when live streming, or manually record I get the video until the camera is disconnected / destroyed.
So it should be possible to fix this and get the video and the camera can stream to the cloud until it is disconnected / destroyed.
