I have been waiting for a response from Arlo. I opened a case and was offered a resolution. I accepted the resolution and now I've been ghosted. They shut down my service after the update. They acknowledged it was a mistake. I haven't been able to record since November 12th. It's been over A MONTH!

WHat camera do you have? You're in the Q section so it would seem to be that camera. What exactly do you mean by they shut down your service? The Q is EOL but still works without a plan.

Same here. I’ve been a supporter for over 6 years. The new software won’t allow my cameras to record any longer. I guess I’ll have to go to their competitor it it isn’t resolved soon.
