No 2 way audio on Arlo Q

I just installed the Arlo Q as my fifth camera.

It records audio, but the 2 way audio does not work.  No sounds out of speaker on camera.

I've read thru discussion boards, couldn't find anybody with similar issue, and certainly no solution.

Can somebody please help?

I tried with iPhone app, no luck.

I tried using Google chrome browser, no luck. 

How do I get the speaker to work on Arlo Q?

In Settings, ensure both the mic and speaker settings are enabled and the volume is turned up. If that doesn't work, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices, power cycle the camera and resync. Any luck?
