I'm having same problems. My cameras just say getting status. I have rebooted everything and nothing works. My base has green lights showing but isn't working!

This is the Q camera area so you may not get the responses you need.
STart with rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Does it change if you're on cell service or WiFi? Have you tried a computer web browser? Are you using a VPN?

Thank you. Your post gave me the idea of shutting off my VPN on my iPhone. It was able to connect after that.
