For some reason my 2 ARLO Q's stopped working. I tried to re-SYNC them but it says "discovering your device. please wait". Then it never connects. I deleted the 2 Q cameras and my 4 wireless cameras still work fine. I go through the add new device and end up with a solid blue light but it is still spinning looking for the camera. Any suggestions out there?

If you're resetting, also remove the camera(s) from Settings, My Devices or they'll never be found.

Try and reset the Arlo Q's and try again.
Push in the reset with a paperclip for approx 10 seconds till the FRONT LED starts to flash amber.
Make sure the device you are using to set them up are on the same network as the Q's.
