My app says offline, but shows online on other phone

I have 2 Arlo Q's- in the kitchen and nursery.
Nursery cam shows as offline on my app, but online on husband's app.

We have the same model phone, ios and latest arlo app update. Anyone else experience this?

Uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone ...see if it helps
