I purchased 2 Arlo Q cameras over Amazon. I was able to successfully update the firmware on one and was able to sync the camera and connect it to the network. However with the 2nd camera, I was able to successfully connect and use the camera out of the box, but upon updating the firmware, that's when something went wrong.
I'm not sure if the update was successful or not but now when I try to connect the camera to wifi, it chimes successfully BUT does not actually finish connecting and does not get 'discovered'. I have used the same settings as before with the first camera, and also tried setting up the camera while sitting next to the wifi router. I have tried resetting the device and power cycling as well but no luck.
Anybody have solutions or troubleshooting ideas?

Try and reset the Q by holding in the reset for about 10 sec till the front led flashes...try and sync again.
If still NG, contact Support
