My Arlo Q Will Not Connect

worked fine at first set upm last night, disconnected sometime yesterday, will not reconnect, had to remove device from location and bring it back inside to connect, want to return since the first night is lost

Try a factory reset and then attempt to resync

( hold in reset for ten secs till the led flashes amber )
