Missing PoE adaptor for Arlo Q

I bought an Arlo Q camera recently but it is missing the PoE adaptor (that was the main reason I bought it). How do I get the PoE adaptor?

The Q Plus (VMC3040S) was the model with the PoE adapter, not the Q (VMC3040). Unfortunately, Arlo doesn't sell the PoE adapter separately (and hasn't sold the Q/Q Plus for quite a while).

 

I'm not seeing any third-party PoE adapters that advertise support for the Q.  The connector on the camera looks a bit unusual, and I have no idea if a third-party PoE adapter would work.  Hopefully other posters will chime in.
