Live view is not working on a Windows PC

I have 4 Arlo Q cameras assigned in 1 account and different account with 2 Arlo and 2 Arlo Pro cameras connected to Base with a Syren.

I can't turn on Live view from a Windows PC. I tried several PC's with Windows 7 Ultimate latest SP, Windows 7 Professional latest SP, Windows 10 Professional latest SP using different browsers - Chrome, Firefox and the Live view is not working. It works through a Smartphone App and Internet Explorer on any windows PC.

What is wrong with Chrome, Firefox? The flash is updated on both browsers.
