Issue logging in to Arlo Q

Whe could not logg on our Q. 

Whe have an Apple Time capsual router.

Are you indicating you could not add your Arlo Q to your Arlo account or you cannot view your Arlo Q (you were able to add it to your account).

If you are having trouble adding your Arlo Q, it could be due to special characters in the SSID or password for your router.
