Is cloud storage supported in Middle East? Like Dubai and other GCC countries?

TMK, any place that has internet will support the Basic level of 7 days rolling cloud storage ...Paid levels are not supported in some countries.

I live in Jordan and I have arlo q working perfectly
I think as long as you have Internet it works anywhere.
