I find arlo q useless. No integration with wireless arlo

I just got an Arlo q and it is useless .

I wanted it to start recording when one of my arlo outside detect motion. I have my arlo q inside but I looks like it is impossible to do that.

So what's the point someone breaks in and you start recording ? I want to record while this happens while they are trying to open a window or door or when ever someone approaches my door ...

Effectively, they're separate systems, as you've discovered. You could maybe get fancy with SmartThings or IFTTT. You can't use them to cross-activate but you can certainly do what you want using both the wireless and Q cameras, just differently.
