Somebody has personally got into my account and has deleted my alerts I’m afraid for my personal safety and my privacy security I believe these people have been in my home more than one occasion Arlo seems to not be helping in this matter and they are claiming they cannot retrieve these videos. I’m dissatisfied and deeply concerned.. I need help

Have you
(a) changed the Arlo password
(b)changed the passwords on any PCs in the house (and made sure that passwords are required to log into them)?

I believe that is correct. Once deleted from the account, they are gone.
If you have a base station that supports USB or microSD storage, you should consider using that feature. (Note that wouldn't work with the Q, since it doesn't connect through a base - but it would work with other Arlo camera models if you have them).
