I Have Two Arlo Q That Do Not Connect To My Account

I have two Arlo Q cameras that connect and work fine in one house, but I want to take them to a different town, different router and network but they do not connect, I have removed them from the account and network they work fine, I have resetted them but never get them to connect. If I take them back and do the first house they can be connected again and work fine. Any ideas?

If they are working fine on the older router...then it must be an issue with the new one.

Make sure the PW of the router is correct and doesn't have non normal charactors in it ( and older bug , but who knows ) .

Also are you on the 2.4 or 5 ghz side of the router?

Thanks, well yes I have checked that the PW is right, the router is  2.4. I even checked that has WPA2, any other ideas?

It could be either the router or ISP that's causing the problem. You could take the router from home 1 and temporarily using in in home 2 to see if that helps. What ISP is used in each location?
