I Can't See My Library Videos

Today is April 16th & I am unable to view videos in the library past April 12th. The green dot stays over April 12th although I can scroll to today's date I can't see the videos. I am getting notifications of motion detected.

Hi @Lesaros

 

Have you tried to reboot your Arlo Q & remove & re-install the Arlo Mobile App. Are the videos missing on the Web Portal as well?
