I Can't Connect My Camera To My Phone

I follow all the instructions to connect my camera to my phone app and it will connect to the internet but I can't get it to connect to my phone it keeps saying no arlo device found

How do you know it's connected to the Internet? WHat happens and what do you see? Havce you logged out of the app and back in to see if the camera is really there?
