The arlo q have a bright blue light it's connect with my WiFi but I can not see on mobile app or web.
It's install before but I delete it accidentally I want to connect it again and using a add new one method...its still not working

If you mean you deleted it from Settings, My Devices, just use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to sync it normally.

My Arlo Q blue solid light is on. However, I don't see it on my app or mobile phone.  How can I see the recordings?

Yes    i following the add device method but it still not show on my apps
