The arlo q have a bright blue light it's connect with my WiFi but I can not see on mobile app or web.
It's install before but I delete it accidentally I want to connect it again and using a add new one method...its still not working

If you mean you deleted it from Settings, My Devices, just use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to sync it normally.
