How to change the date in the library

How to change the date in the library on my 1080q it is now  the month of aug but it shows July  and the date is wrong also , please help  Thanks

Usu the Library changes month by the small ">" at each side of the Month line.

 

If this is failing to change the month, then do a reboot of the base via the power button.
