I bought two cameras, but have not been able to set up one of the cameras. Sent the camera back to Arlo (RMA 7081690) and a new one was sent back to me. Unfortunately I have not been able to connect it, always failing on the last step.

Have gone thru the installation process multiple times, including resetting the Device and always fails to find the device in the last step.

Device blue light blinking, after scanning the QR code, device chimed, pressed continue. The message “Device found” and window  to “Select an Arlo Camera to claim”, listing the serial number. Selected the serial number listed under available devices, named the device and selected continue, and then I get the error message “No Arlo DeviceFound”. The error makes no sense since it found the device and provided the correct serial number.

Could it be that maybe this device needs to be released by Arlo. Any other ideas?

I don't think it needs to be "released". Does it show up in your devices? How about after a force close of the app and reopening (I've had a few weird things like that, I think with my Q, over time)?
