I had been using the Arlo Smart Elite plan with my 1 camera, but realized I wasn't using a lot of the features provided and was only been using the service for one camera at the time. I just recently noticed you could pay 2.99 per camera and thought that was a better plan, so I decided to cancel my subscription and when I did all my clips were gone from my library, even the ones from the last seven days (which I thought would still be there included in the basic service). Then I updated payment info and subscribed to the 2.99 plan and the clips did not return. What is going on here? Is there a delay in time it takes or is it just not going to happen at all? Does anyone know about this?
