Delete, favourite and 3 dot icons won’t work

I just got a new iPhone and now I cannot use any of the icons at the bottom of the videos. I want to save videos to my camera roll, which previously worked by clicking on the 3 dots. How do fix this?

Have you checked the iPhone permissions are set for the arlo app in the iPhone settings?

I am not able to replicate with iOS and android app v3.6.6
