Decided to change location for Arlo Q but will not connect

Hi im trying to connect my arlo q device that i just purchased. So i had it going then decided to change its location so i unplugged the arlo, and i had to re-open the device and re activate the wifi etc. I did all the correct steps like i did the first try, but it doesnt want to locate my arlo. So i decided to reset the arlo, also close all my apps to re start from scratch again. And still there is zero connection. What do i need to do??

You're trying to hard. To move the camera, you simply unplug it, move it and plug it back in. If the WiFi connection is good in the new location, nothing else is needed.

At this point, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. It might be worth pressing the camera reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber, too.
