Connecting to my wifi network arlo Q

Can any one help me?when i go to setup my arlo q i get to the stage when you enter your wifi name and password. My wifi network comes up straght away put for some reason it wont let me select the box where im ment to enter my password....i dnt have a clue why its not letting me ive uninstalled the ap and try again but still the same thing happens... some one please help me

Not sure why this would happen.  You're trying to tap in the area where the smaller, gray "Password" is, right?
