I have two factor authentication enabled but after successfully entering the authentication code by either sms or email, I can’t trust my device.

The error is very vague, something like: “Try again, having problem authenticating this device.”  How do I fix this?

Reinstalling app is not working.  Pressing “Don’t Trust” works but is annoying.

Some users have reported success by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the Arlo Secure mobile app. For others, following the steps here were successfully: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/Add-trusted-device-on-new-iPhone-Issue-Resolved-Workaround/m-p/18...

I'm having the same issue with my iPhone 14pro max.  I can't even log in or have it trust my device. Can't log in to the website to change my phone in settings. Very very frustrating. So is not having someone to contact. I will not repurchase this brand.
