Camera will not connect

My old camera would not reconnect, so I bought a new camera (Arlo Q) and I'm still having the same issue, they will not connect.  Having trouble being discovered.  What do I do?

My other cameras are Ok.

Your Arlo Q connects directly to your wifi router and not to your base station
