Camera is not responding or recording after armed

I have put new batteries in my camera and clicked on arm the alarm but it's not working it's not responding to movement it's not telling me on my phone, getting fed up with this system now not safe leaving my house if it's not responding and recording.

This is the Q camera section and the Q doesn't use batteries. WHat system do you have?
