After synching my Arlo-Q with the iPhone app I initiated the firmware update. A few minutes later I checked on it to see if it was finished but it was no longer connected to my router (according to the app) and the LED on the device was solid orange (which indicates booting). It's been like this for close to a half hour. If I try to reconnect the device to wifi via the app it runs me through the typical process. But I'm unable to sync because holding down the sync button doesn't change the LED from solid orange to blinking blue. What should I do?

I power cycled the device. It's now blinking alternating blue/yellow, so it looks like its resumed the firmware installation. Stay tuned...
