Audio is not working

I just installed two new arlo q cameras along with my existing arlo camera. The audio is working on only one of the arlo q. I tried unplugging and replugged and did a restart. Still does not work.

I am also using the wifi from my network cable box- Cox Communications. Again, it works on one and not the other.

Try a full re-set by holding in the reset until the front led flashes amber...( about 5-10 secs )

Then do an install as if new.
