Audio background hum on ARLO Q playback

Bought a wifi connected Arlo Q for my mothers house.  It is working but there is a background hum on video playback.  Any way to fix this?

Do you need the audio? If not, disable it in Settings, My Devices. If you do need it, there may be an issue with the camera. First, try relocating the camera in case it's picking up noise from nearby.

Yes would like the audio of course.  Moved the camera to two different locations and the background hum persists.

Swap at the store or open a case with support for possible RMA.

If you have another USB power supply of the correct amperage then you could test it with that.

If the noise persists then it could be the camera, if it goes away then it's the power supply and as suggested the whole lot should be exchanged.
