Arlo stopped taking videos

It worked for a month or so, taking a bunch of videos. I don't have any videos saved on the site, I delete them each day. A week ago, it stopped taking videos. The  most recent snapshot is a week old. No settings or physical things changed. It is indoors. The light is on the front.

Have you tried power cycling the camera? Does the router show an IP address? Does live view work? Is the running man in the cameras tab black or gray?
