Arlo q VMC3040; stopped working and won't sync again

It has been working very good for a month. But just 2 days ago, when I login and tried (both from iphone and desktop) it displayed a message that livestreaming is not working that I should check internet connection. I tried resyncing it with no luck, and tried factory reset, removing and adding the device on the application, and still no luck. I even tried to connect it with different wi-fi and it won't connect. It just stuck with the connection part.

 

What do I do...?

solved with arlo phone line.

So disappointed that there's no way to get help! Chat doesn't work and phone line is available for a few countries. Is there any way to get help with my arlo q...
