I have a camera so I have a connection that uploads to 20. But even though the camera is not even 5 meters away it only gives me a signal notch. I noticed he doesn't take all the movements and some time in the recording there was nothing. I was near the camera and I saw that he did not record the movement of two cats 1 meter from the camera. Furthermore, as the title suggests, I noticed that in the Android app, viewing in the part of the zones is very limited and in the web the vision is more large. This can affect the movement recording?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean (and I don't own a Q camera model).
But the motion detection is done in the camera, and the camera streams the recordings directly to the cloud. The app and the web client aren't involved in that.
